BHT Design have just finished building the largest website project they’ve yet undertaken.
Building upon the successful Express branding, the website needed to be accessible and suitable for a wide range of people, with a strong client involvement element.

BHT websiteEach section has its own colour scheme, and a project finder with collapsible jQuery lists was implemented in a searchable Services section, together with images sliders and individual contact forms, using Gravity Forms.

A Client Hub enables people who use BHT services to feedback and engage in debates both through social media and a robust comments system.

The site makes heavy use of custom post types so that various departments are provided with a bespoke solution to their needs. Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) was included.

Solid user experience was catered for in a revamped Jobs section, with the application process broken down and redesigned from scratch.

Fundraising is an important element of the site, with a comprehensive Support Our Work section already breaking Christmas fundraising targets over previous years.

As usual, we utilised the WordPress platform together with the ithemes Builder framework to enable a wide variety of BHT staff to edit and update the site, and BHT Design included on-site training in their quote. We also maintain and improve the website on an ongoing basis.

Since it’s launch the site has gone from 200 to 2500 hits a day, and went straight to the top of the Google search rankings.
